Patterns Often Misidentified as Kings Crown

These patterns are often been misidentified as Kings Crown. The purpose of this is not to provide information on the pieces in those patterns, but rather just identify what that pattern is for your own further research.

Dakota

Manufactured by: Ripley & Company / U.S. Glass Co.

(aka Baby Thumbprint) Many of these shapes resembled the XLCR line.

Diamond Point

Manufactured by: Indiana Glass Company

This is typically the most commonly mistaken pattern as it has many object shapes similar to the Kings Crown line.

Lexington

Manufactured by: Indiana Glass Company

Not sure if this pattern ever included more than a punch bowl and cups, but the circular pattern on the band is often mistook for Kings Crown.

Whitehill

Manufactured by: Fostoria America / Indiana Glass Company

Resembling the Q*bert video game pattern for those of you that were ever into that 80's video game, the punch bowl and cups are often confused for Kings Crown.
